1. Payment and Delivery
Prepayment Required: DP Nederland BV only ships products after receiving full payment.
Payment Methods: We accept iDEAL, PayPal, Credit Card, and Klarna.
Shipping Costs: The buyer pays all shipping fees during checkout on easywayofgrooming.com.
Shipping Risk: DP Nederland BV bears the risk of damage or loss during outward transit.
Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver as soon as possible, and always within 30 days unless specified otherwise.

2. 4-Week Trial Period (Consumer Satisfaction Guarantee)
Eligibility: This trial applies strictly to non-professional consumer use. Professional users are excluded.
Trial Duration: You may test the brush for 4 consecutive weeks.
Purpose: This period is intended for mastering the use of the brush.
Proper Use: The consumer is expected to use the brush strictly in accordance with the user manual provided.

3. Return Procedure and Assistance
Mandatory Support: You must contact us for help via hansnanja@gmail.com before initiating a return.
Condition of Return: The brush must be clean, complete, and undamaged.
Return Shipping: The buyer covers all return shipping costs.
Return Risk: The buyer bears all risk of damage or loss during the return transit.

4. Refunds
Refund Coverage: We refund the full purchase price plus the original shipping costs.
Processing: DP Nederland BV will issue the refund within 2 weeks after inspecting the returned item.

5. Warranty, Defects, and Product Safety
Product Safety: DP Nederland BV guarantees that the brush contains no hazardous substances.
Warranty Period: We provide a 1-year warranty for non-professional consumer use.
Defect Reporting: Any defects must be reported to us via email within 1 week of receiving the product.

6. Applicable Law and Disputes
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the Netherlands.
